A free, 20-minute chat with us about your mum or dad, by video or phone. It's where we get to know them, so the companions we introduce feel right from the start.
A form can tell us someone likes gardening. A conversation tells us they grow prize tomatoes, have strong opinions about slugs, and light up when someone asks about their allotment. Those are the details that turn a good match into the right one.
That's why every family has a consultation before any match is made. It's free, there's no commitment, and there's nothing to pay until you have chosen your companion.
The call takes around 20 minutes, by video or phone, whichever suits. We'd love your mum or dad to join, so they can tell us what they love in their own words. If that's not possible, we're happy to start with you.

Step 2 - Choose a time.
Once your form is in, we'll email you a personal link to choose a time for your call, and whether you'd like video or phone.

Step 3 - Have your conversation.
The earliest slot is seven days ahead. That gives us time to prepare properly and start building a shortlist matched to their interests.
Where we can, we'll show you the shortlist during the call, so you can talk it through with us there and then. Afterwards, we'll email it to you, so you can read each profile in your own time. When you're ready, choose the companion you think your mum or dad will click with. There's nothing to pay until you have chosen your companion, and no obligation to go ahead.
