Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We keep our use of them to a minimum.

What we use

Strictly necessary cookies. Our website platform (Framer) and our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) set a small number of cookies that are essential for the site to load, display correctly and keep our forms secure. These do not track you and cannot be turned off, as the site would not work properly without them.

Form submission. When you fill in our registration or enquiry form, your browser temporarily stores information needed only to send that form to us securely. This is essential to the service you asked for.

Advertising measurement cookies, only if you say yes. We use the Meta Pixel to see whether people who saw our Facebook or Instagram adverts go on to visit the site or send an enquiry, so we spend less on adverts that do not work. It sets a cookie called _fbp, kept for up to 90 days, and only after you choose Accept on the banner. It tells Meta that a page was visited or a form was sent - never what you typed into it. If you decline, it does not load.

Analytics cookies, only if you say yes. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site - which pages are read, on what kind of device, and roughly where from. It sets cookies only after you choose Accept on the banner when you first arrive. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics records nothing about your visit. The Tag Manager script that runs our consent choice is loaded from Google before you answer, but it sets no cookies and sends no analytics until you accept. You can change your mind at any time from the Your privacy choices link at the foot of the page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no to analytics and advertising cookies.

What we do not use

We do not sell your information, and we never send Meta or anyone else what you type into our forms.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies we use are essential, blocking them may stop parts of the site from working. Analytics and advertising cookies can be switched off through the banner; the essential ones cannot.
